NO Color bars to Block Image & No piercing Shrill
Ever been watching TV and have had this logo come up and the screen is suddenly filled with color bars and the shrill sounds signal that your signal has been interrupted hehe. Infuriating isn't it? Especially when its switched back and your TV show has already started.Apparently its OK to use their merchandise in restaurants. You just cant see it from the comfort of your home! hehe
Those poor hermits that sit at the controls watching a satellite feed that they've got no control just so that it can be censored.
Sucks to be them for their efforts are fruitless. As it is we can imitate beer in authentic mugs and look at it all we want... or till the bubbles run out... that makes me lose interest for some reason. I guess still liquid that looks like pee doesnt captivate me for too long! ;)

HUMMUS
stuffs
a clove of garlic
two table spoon sesame seeds
one can chickpeas
half cup olive oil (extra virgin ofcourse!)
lime juice & salt to taste
lightly toast sesame seeds on low flame till a toasty tint appears... then put in a blender add a wee bit of the olive oil and blend.... now pour the remaining olive oil... crush and drop the clove of garlic... toss in the salt.. about a half a lime squeeze and the chickpeas and give it a whir... you may find sometimes that this gets too glunky for the blender to handle.. you can add a couple of spoonfuls of water... that's it.. serve with toasted bread.. pita or roshi... oh yeah it keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days....
got tahini?? this gets easier.. just crush the chickpeas in a bag with a rolling pin or other heavy object.. like a coconut or hardcover book... and then mix in finely chopped garlic, salt, lime juice the olive oil and tahini... simple and delicious

new bugs new rants new posts
ah a new bug... a little bit of sharing... its very strange to rant when I have absolutely no idea who my audience is... its like lighting the gas in the dark.. blind.. the valve is opened up yet I'm blinded by the darkness... I cannot be certain if my orientation.... perhaps I should have located the stove with my other hand before opening up the valve... well too late now.. just point and press... the quicker the better... so time for some lunch.. again the quicker the better... hee hee hee
